EMX SUPPORT
Answers without
the runaround.
Product access, Windows requirements, license recovery, safety, and support in one place.
Need a person?
Use Discord support for purchase-specific, installation, activation, and troubleshooting help. Never post a license key or full receipt publicly.
Open Discord supportHow do I get a paid EMX product?
Open its product page, review the requirements and real screenshots, then use the official checkout button. Keep the receipt email and transaction ID for license recovery.
How do I claim or recover my EMX key?
Open Claim Key and enter the exact checkout email plus the transaction ID from the receipt. The lookup does not use your password and should only return the products attached to that order.
Does an EMX tweak guarantee more FPS or lower ping?
No. Results depend on hardware, drivers, Windows state, game settings, network path, thermals, and background load. EMX should describe the change and recovery path without guaranteeing a number.
Will EMX tools change Windows?
Some products do. Their product page must identify administrator requirements and recovery behavior. Use the product's preview/backup/restore controls and create a restore point before broader system changes.
Why can Windows show an unknown publisher warning?
An installer that is not code-signed can trigger Microsoft Defender SmartScreen. The download page should state this honestly and provide a checksum when available.
Where are product updates?
Use the EMX Updates page and the release link named on the product page. Availability differs by product; the site should not imply every product has the same updater.
How does the EMX affiliate program work?
Applicants create an EMX account and referral code. After approval, the site remembers valid referrals and records completed-sale attribution in the EMX dashboard. No Payhip affiliate account is required.
What should I send support?
Send the product name/version, Windows version, what you clicked, the exact error, and any support bundle or log the app offers. Mask keys, emails, receipt IDs, and machine identifiers in public channels.
