Your license,
your machine.

EMX products are licensed, not sold. Each license key is bound to the machine it is activated on. These terms explain what your key covers and when a new purchase is required.

Key rules at a glance

  • One key = one machine, one user.
  • No sharing, reselling, or redistributing keys.
  • OS reinstall / factory reset can void a key.
  • Keys are not recovered or re-made for free.

1. License grant

EMX TWEAKS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased product on your own machine for personal use. You do not own the software; you own a license to use it under these terms.

2. Machine-bound keys & repurchase

License keys are tied to the hardware they are activated on. A key can become invalid when you:

  • Reinstall or switch your operating system.
  • Factory reset or clean-install Windows.
  • Change major hardware (motherboard, primary drive, etc.).

EMX does not recover, remake, transfer, or re-issue keys for free. If your key is invalidated for any reason above, obtaining a working key requires a new purchase. Back up your system and confirm your setup before performing a reset, reinstall, or OS change.

3. What you may not do

  • Share, sell, rent, sublicense, or publish your key or the software.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass activation.
  • Use one key across multiple machines or users.
  • Redistribute EMX installers outside official EMX channels.

Violation may result in immediate, permanent revocation of your license(s) without refund.

4. Updates, support & availability

Updates and support are provided at EMX's discretion for the current release of a product. EMX does not guarantee specific performance outcomes (such as exact FPS or ping) and states compatibility as verified, limited, or unavailable on each product page.

5. "As is", liability & governing law

EMX products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its products. You are responsible for backing up your system before making changes.

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. It is final and non-refundable, and replacement keys after an OS reinstall, factory reset, or hardware change are not provided free of charge under any circumstance — a new key requires a new purchase.
