These Terms of Service govern your use of the EMX TWEAKS website, products, downloads, and services. By purchasing or using anything from EMX, you agree to these terms.
Key points
- All products are digital — all sales final.
- Keys are machine-bound (see License & Key Terms).
- Use EMX legally and don't abuse the software.
- Provided "as is", no guaranteed performance.
2. Digital products & payment
EMX sells digital software and license keys. Payments are processed by third-party providers; EMX does not store your full card details. Delivery of a download and/or key is immediate.
All sales are final and non-refundable. See the full Refund Policy. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting support is a breach of these terms and may result in a permanent ban.
3. Licenses & keys
Products are licensed, not sold, and keys are bound to your machine. OS reinstalls, factory resets, and hardware changes can invalidate a key, and keys are not recovered or re-issued for free — a new key requires a new purchase. Full details are in the License & Key Terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't share, resell, or redistribute keys or installers.
- Don't reverse engineer, crack, or bypass activation.
- Don't use EMX products for unlawful purposes.
- Don't misrepresent EMX or impersonate official EMX channels.
5. No warranties & limitation of liability
EMX products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. EMX makes no guaranteed performance claims (such as specific FPS or ping). To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and you are responsible for backing up your system before making changes.
6. Governing law & disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of EMX products or this site are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.
