1. Digital goods — no refunds
EMX TWEAKS sells digital software, downloads, and license keys. Once a
download link and/or license key has been issued, the product is
considered delivered and used. For this reason all sales are
final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or
cancellations after purchase.
By completing checkout you acknowledge that you are buying a digital
product, that delivery happens immediately, and that you waive any
right to a refund for change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate
purchase, or lack of use.
2. License keys are machine-bound
EMX license keys are tied to the machine (hardware) they are activated
on. The following can deactivate or invalidate a key:
- Reinstalling or switching your operating system.
- Performing a factory reset or clean install of Windows.
- Replacing major hardware (for example the motherboard or drive).
EMX does not recover, remake, transfer, or re-issue keys for
free. If your key becomes invalid for any of the reasons above,
a new key requires a new purchase. Please back up your setup and be
sure before you reset or reinstall your system.
3. We help with genuine problems (this is support, not a refund)
If a product will not download, will not activate on a supported
system, or has a genuine defect, contact us and we will work to fix
the issue — a replacement download, activation help, or a corrected
key where appropriate. This is technical support and does not entitle
you to a monetary refund.

4. Chargebacks
Because all sales are final, opening a chargeback or payment dispute
instead of contacting support is treated as a breach of these terms.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate revocation of your
license(s) and a permanent ban from EMX products and services.
